TAKE 3

Once again, I am going to try to blog.  First tried this about 10 years ago, then about 6 years ago, and here I am again making another attempt. We will see if it takes this time, not looking to become the next internet sensation, but who knows ... I am pretty awesome :)

So Ry is sick yet again ... and it is once again another viral infection, which means no drugs to make it go away; we just have to wait it out. Sucks so much having a sick two-year-old.

Why is it we wait until summer, when it is 90+ degrees to start doing yardwork? I am gonna die!!

World Cup

So the USA team failed again to move forward in the tourney. Well, there is always the next cup in four years to get the country hyped up on soccer again before we lose .... amazing how our world cup soccer team parallels our presidents :)

Schools Out . Why aren't I ?

So the last day for students was on Monday, yet here I am on Wednesday sitting here at school, working on school-wide curriculum for next year. Oh how I yearn for the freedoms of youthdom.

It sure will be nice once this is off my plate and I get a month or so of non-school related activities, of course the wife already has an 18-page honey-do list prepared... I believe it is single-spaced in 8 point font.
